Homemade rice dumings

本來諗住今年減產只包50，60隻糭，但最後仍然要包過百隻才夠送給朋友們。糭已全部送出，不要再問我了 溫馨提示：大隻用咸水草包的是咸肉糭，白繩的是齋糭。細隻用咸水草包的是無饀的鹼水糭，白繩的是有豆沙饀的。 

I was planning to make around 50,60pcs rice dumpling this year only. However, I have to make over 100pcs in order to meet my lovely friends ' request. Thank you all for your support n all the rice dumplings have been given out. So stop asking me for the rice dumpling kindly reminder, for those which wrapped with the dried weed are the regular one n those wrapped with white string are the veggie one. And the smaller one which wrapped with the dried weep one are the without red bean paste n the one wrapped with white string are the one with red bean paste!! Hope you all enjoy!!

Honey Citron Chiffon Cake 柚子蜜戚風蛋糕

 

久違了的柚子蜜戚風蛋糕 , 可幸手勢並沒有生疏.    出來的蛋糕還是軟棉棉的, 好味道 =) 這款蛋糕就算放於室溫幾天還是軟棉棉的. 但我更愛把它放進冰箱裡, 食用前幾分鐘拿出來退冰, 別有一番風味, 大家不妨試試! 

Recipe :

柚子蜂蜜蛋糕(6')
低筋麵粉 72g
泡打粉 3ml
蛋黃 3隻
蛋白 3隻
柚子蜜 3 湯匙
糖 36g + 24g
沙拉油/粟米油 30g
熱水 30g
雲呢拿香油 少許

做 法 :
1. 預熱焗爐至 150 度
2. 將低筋麵粉加泡打粉篩好
3. 將柚子蜜加熱水攪勻
4. 蛋黃+36g糖用打蛋器打發,再加入柚子蜜水,拌勻後再加入沙拉油及香油
5. 把低筋麵粉及發粉加入 (4), 以切拌法輕手拌勻. 備用
6. 蛋白+12g糖打發, 最後加入其餘12g糖快速打至硬性發泡
7. 把 1/3 的蛋白拌入蛋糊中, 以切拌法攪 6-7 下 (不用完全攪勻),
    再輕手拌入餘 2/3 的蛋白完全拌勻
8. 將麵糊倒入糕盤中，入爐前大力敲一下以去除大氣泡
9. 焗大約 30~35 分鐘，出爐後又將糕盤大力敲一下，倒扣放涼

Chocolate muffin 應該算是我家出鏡率最高既甜點. 特別是這款 chocolate flavour with chocolate chips.. 每次出爐後我都忍不住吃2個!!! ^^ 好味!!

Merry Christmas!!! 又到 one of my favourite 既 festival - Christmas 啦!!! 呢個 christmas pudding cake 我加左好多 nuts & dried fruit, 加上 rum 酒.. 一聽就知好好味.. 哈哈哈!!! 今年整左 2個, 一個帶去爺爺家做冬時食. 另一個就帶去同班 friend 開 party 時食!! 希望他們都喜歡啦!! ^^

Gingerbread house

小時侯因為見 gingerbread man 好可愛而買了來吃, 結果.... 感覺好難吃 >.< 因此, 儘管每逢 christmas, gingerbread 都會係必會見到的食物. 但我從來不打算買來吃, 也沒有想過要學整 gingerbread. 有這間 gingerbread house 的出現是因為朋友想學, 因此陪她.

基於我的煮食習慣. 無論是做中菜也好, 甜品也好, 我一定會先試味, 確保味道ok, 才會給其他人吃. 因此在沒辦法的情況之下, 我唯有把gingerbread 放進口... 結果, 今次的感覺是... 好好味!!!! 哈哈哈... 除了是因為自己親手整外, 近年愛上 cinnamon 的我又怎會不喜歡這個有濃濃 cinnamon 味的 gingerbread house 呢? :>

其實 chocolate + banana 既 combination 一點也不比 chocolate + orange 遜色!!! 由於爸爸媽媽都不愛 cheesecake, 因此只整了小小的一個... gosh.. 雖然佢既外表一點也不討好, 但注重內在及不膚淺的我(kakakakaka) 一出爐就吃了半個... 今次實行肥死我 @.@

細細佬從英國回來放 summer!!! hahaha.. 開心除了是因為可以見到他外, 更因為我可以多點整蛋糕. 因為細細佬向來都是我的捧場客, 每次我整蛋糕, 他總會把蛋糕吃光.. kakaka... 今次都唔例外, 差點連相也忘記拍.. :p

蜂蜜柚子茶雪芳蛋糕係我至愛之一... 於焗爐中散發出來的柚子茶的香味充斥整個廚房..一出爐就忍不住吃了2件.. 呵呵呵... 這款蛋糕於室溫放置2,3天還是很軟熟!! 好好味!!! 連企鵝仔都要食埋一份!! hehe

This honey cirton tea chiffon tea is one of my favourite cake. Some people might wonder the taste for adding honey citron tea in the cake. I would say you just couldn't imagine how nice this combination is until you try a slice by yourself. Believe me, you will love it!!

Ultimate soft chocolate tea cake-朱古力紅茶綿花蛋糕

近來綱上大熱既綿花蛋糕... 其實我已經整過一次.. 真的好鬆軟.. 今次加了紅茶及朱古力, 口感更豐富... 好味道!!

This ultimate soft cake is definitely worth to try. You just couldn't say no to the softness & moistness texture of the cake. Adding in chocolate & earl grey tea really enhance it's flavor. Yummy!!

Getting old?!

I went to "拜山" yesterday and all my body are so sore as expected (especially my legs and my hips) >.<

I used to take an hour and without any stopovers to get there when I was a kid. But it took me nearly 2 hours and with millions of stop overs to reach there yesterday. Gosh, am I getting old or just because I didn't do any sports for long time? Maybe it's time for me to grab my golf bag & get myself in sweat!

Lunch gathering w/Mommy dearest

Mommy dearest came visited HK again!! Thanks to Mommy's parents for their trip to HK or we won't get chance to see Mommy again in that short period of time. Mommy came alone w/daddy dearest this time, what a lovely & sweet couple!! (No wonder Mommy can make lots of great sweet stuffs!! ^^ ) We group of girls had making lots of noise as good as usual and surprisingly daddy took it so well and actually enjoyed the lunch a lot! (haha,, Daddy, you better be!! :P) Anways, it was so great to meet all you girls again and hope I can see you all soon!!

I'm Back!!

各位我返黎啦!! 今次個trip本來好開心既, 因為好耐無試過一家人係埋一齊過年. (因為呢10幾年我都是一個人係加拿大, 加上我不喜歡回港, 所以媽媽 & 細細佬一年飛4次過去探我. 前2年到我返 hk, 又到細細佬去英國讀書) 今次一家人連同大細佬既 gf 一起飛去探細細佬本來好開心既, 但在最後2天時, 在 london 既 underground 內給人偷了我的相機... 嗚嗚嗚... 雖然我的 DC 係新的, 但我心痛的是我相機內的相... 嗚嗚嗚... 可幸的是..爸爸媽媽及細佬各有 DC... 不然, 全個trip 都無相... 但大部份既單人照無唒...可惡..可惡.... >.<

除了這件事外, 基本上都很開心. 其實全家人最疼錫這個弟弟, 見到佢就開心.. 今次見他雖然還是像個小孩子, 但已比之前成熟不少.. 大家也比較放心. 加油呀!! (一個人在國外既感覺我好清楚, 當年我大細佬就是受不了離開家人既感覺而回港.) 其實習慣了後, 就會發覺一個人在外也不是太差.

9月到英國時聯絡不到"與世無爭的空間" 的 sau ma ma, 今次終於與 sau ma ma 通了電話... 我..一向都以為她在 london, 原來她是住在 manchester.. oops.. my mistake!!! :p 所以今次還是沒有機會見面...我下次一定會早些聯絡 sau ma ma, 到時一定見到面!!!

雖然我的生日還未到, (好快啦...10號唷) 但已陸續收到生日禮物. 呵呵呵... 大部份係我自己選既, 既啱心水, 又不會有相同禮物既情況出現(我曾經有收過3隻相同既企鵝, 相同既香水及化妝品等).. 所以近幾年朋友同會預早問我要什麼... 呵呵呵... 以上係部份已收到既禮物... 同場加影..前排整的卷蛋...第一次整.. 太厚啦... 下次要整薄d先得..

p/s : 唔知有無人整蛋糕俾我呢??? 呵呵呵....

I am sick ** caught the flu..

從12月開始, 差不多每天都跑了去玩... 終於病倒了 x.x 其實大部份時間只是與朋友吃飯及喝東西..難道真的年紀大了? 身體已支持不了? 鳴鳴鳴... 病了幾天, 吃了藥, 但頭還是暈暈的.. 我還要去弄頭髮呢...哎呀... 星期四,五有飯局, 星期六, 日去澳門... 星期日晚有飯局...下星期三有 party, 星期五,六有飯局(我生日呢 ^^v).... 想起也頭痛... 還是去睡睡好了....

星期六晚有party.. 主題係 hat party.. 哈哈..但由於太熱, 我一入場就除左頂帽.. party 雖然沒有我想像中熱鬧, 但當一班朋友一齊聚聚, 也算 ok... 不過個個滿場飛, 有好多都沒機會合照.. 下次補拍.. ^^v

星期一終於有機會見到Sophie (mommy dearest). 我們一大班貓友嘈到10里範圍內既人都走哂, 你都咪話唔利害.. 哈哈哈... 今次我2手空空去, 滿載而歸返... 實在不可意思.. 但我的schedule 已排到3月,, 我想..不到 3月中或3月底, 我也不會有時間入廚.... 各位姊妹, 有拖無欠.. In the meantime, 我都係食住你地d美味食食先.. 呵呵呵.... ^^v

踏入12月後, 一直忙過不停... 這個蛋糕也差點沒時間學.... 本來心想聖誕節也過了這麼久, 還是不放上來(其實是我一直把它遺忘了 :p) 但想起那天是拖著只睡了2,3 小時的身體, 在半睡情況下做出來的.. 還是post出來好了.. 哈哈哈..

Happy New Year!!
剛剛從韓國回來, 好累呀!!! >< 今次我們一大班朋友共12人一起去, 沿途有不少笑話. 不過不知道究竟是連續幾天睡覺不足的關係, 還是很久沒滑雪的關係. (可能兩者偕是+年紀大 ><) 回來後睡了10多個小時後, 仍舊全身庝痛... 回來後與朋友吃飯, 得到的反應是 : "攪咩殘左咁多..." 嗚嗚嗚.... 遲一點會再post多一些相上來.
P/S: 第一次在滑雪場 count down, 雖然有點凍(-7c), 但有10多分鐘煙花及幾10名滑雪教練在12時拿著火把從山上滑下來, 做出滑雪場的initial 及07 字樣.. 絕對超值!!

呵呵呵.... 份禮物係唔係好靚呢? 係前2日咕嚕送俾我嫁.. ^^v... 靚靚既外表內, 係美味既熱情果雪芳蛋糕. 蛋糕酸酸地, 好好味嫁 ^^ 多謝咕嚕. 我發覺咕嚕真係好了解我, 不只知道我既口味, 連我鐘意紫色都估到... 錫哂你咕嚕!!!!
