豬肋骨 6條蒜頭,薑,葱 適量米酒3湯匙、鎮江醋6湯匙、糖5湯匙、醬油5湯匙,水 1-1 1/2碗做法:1. 將買來的排骨以刀背輕敲每塊排骨肉約5-10下使肉質鬆軟2. 將排骨出水3. 剪掉肥肉的部份,蒜頭拍碎去皮,以小火熱鍋,落油,放入蒜頭,薑,葱鍋爆香.4. 放入排骨煎至表面變金黃,再放入米酒、醋、糖、醬油略炒1分鐘。5. 加水略淹過排骨表面,轉中火煮沸後轉小火,煮至湯汁快收乾,即可*醋&糖份量可依個人口味而加減
