糖醋排骨


無錯..你地未睇錯...係中菜黎嫁... 11/3 約左一班貓友...指明要整咸點... 哎呀..我幾年都無煮過餸..點算好呢 @.@ 本來諗住整雞翼..但有貓友話整...終於整了這味糖醋排骨 ^.^ 早一日跑去一間好出名既醬油舖(人地介紹)買鎮江醋,又托媽媽幫我買d靚靚排骨.. :> 10號晚11點幾返到屋企放下手袋就開始煮.. 多年無煮過餸既我真係雞手鴨腳.. >.< 終於攪到2點幾先沖涼瞓覺... @.@

豬肋骨 6條
蒜頭,薑,葱 適量
米酒3湯匙、鎮江醋6湯匙、糖5湯匙、醬油5湯匙,水 1-1 1/2碗

做法:
1. 將買來的排骨以刀背輕敲每塊排骨肉約5-10下使肉質鬆軟
2. 將排骨出水
3. 剪掉肥肉的部份,蒜頭拍碎去皮,以小火熱鍋,落油,放入蒜頭,薑,葱鍋爆香.
4. 放入排骨煎至表面變金黃,再放入米酒、醋、糖、醬油略炒1分鐘。
5. 加水略淹過排骨表面,轉中火煮沸後轉小火,煮至湯汁快收乾,即可

*醋&糖份量可依個人口味而加減
